Our Farms and Agricultural Department is based at our Tiverton Office in Mid Devon.

The Department is run by Richard Stagg, an experienced Chartered Surveyor and Auctioneer. For the past 15 years Richard has worked as a Rural Surveyor in the West Country, dealing with a broad range of rural matters including the sale of farms, land and property, as well as letting of land, planning applications, compensation work, landlord and tenant issues and the valuation of land and property and is ably assisted by Nicki.

  

Richard is the third generation of his family to work as an Auctioneer and Surveyor in Tiverton, where both his Father John and Grandfather Leslie worked. Things have changed somewhat in the meantime as Richard points out – “they never had a single farm payment in their day!”
